Lesson 2

Lesson 2 delves into substance use and abuse, exploring the effects of drugs, teaching refusal skills, and providing information on available help and resources.

Lesson 3

Lesson 3 addresses self-harm and suicide, offering guidance on understanding these issues and providing information on resources for help and support.
