Administrative Assistant – Position Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director and CEO, the Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to the Mission Kids program. This position involves moderately complex methods and multi-task management. Duties include answering telephone and directing calls, database entry, clerical tasks, appointment scheduling and communication with partner organizations. Ability to interact with visitors in a tactful, courteous and pleasant manner and maintain confidentiality. Ability to communicate with a wide range of professionals and donors as necessary.
