Maureen joined Mission Kids in April of 2022 as the evening Receptionist/Child Care Specialist. Maureen worked in social services with children while earning her BA Psychology. While earning her MA she worked with adults with serious mental illness in community based programs.
After earning her MA, Maureen began working in Human Resource management, where she spent the next 10 years in the nonprofit and for profit sectors. She left her career to raise her children and help run the family business. During this time she coached two Odyssey of the Mind teams and did other volunteer work.
Maureen is thrilled to be part of the Mission Kids team, and to have the opportunity to work with children again.
