Maggie Rakaczewski's background in English, attention to detail, and dedication to problem-solving make her an invaluable cornerstone behind the scenes at our Center. Maggie started at Mission Kids as an Operations Administrator and has applied her decade-long experience teaching writing in an academic setting to her current role as Grant Manager.
Maggie earned her Bachelor’s in English from Misericordia University and her Master’s in English from Arcadia University. Before joining Mission Kids, she served as a member of the First Year English Program Faculty at Arcadia University. Maggie brings her exceptional skills and experience to support the health and well-being of her community and its children.
When Maggie isn’t busy working at Mission Kids, she enjoys gardening, baking, reading, and crafting. As an avid volunteer, she plays an active role in the Shady Grove Elementary School Home and School Association, serving as a board member responsible for communications. Maggie also cherishes hiking and traveling with her husband and daughter.
