Caroline Kuzoian is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in neuroscience research and veterinary assistance, transitioning her passion from scientific inquiry to direct human interaction. She earned her BA in Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in Anthropology from Connecticut College in 2017. Following her undergraduate studies, Caroline delved into post-graduate neuroscience research before discovering her true calling lay in real-time support for individuals. During this transitional period, she worked as a veterinary assistant while preparing for her next academic pursuit.
In 2023, Caroline completed her MS in Community and Trauma Counseling with a concentration in Child Trauma and Play Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. Her internship at Creative Health Services further honed her skills, leading to her employment there in May 2023. Currently, she is diligently working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, with certifications in PSB-CBT and TF-CBT forthcoming.
Passionate about safeguarding the innocence of childhood, Caroline advocates for developmentally- and age-appropriate trauma therapy while promoting inclusivity and advocacy within her practice. Beyond her professional endeavors, Caroline finds joy in gardening, reading, running, and indulging in various forms of play, including sports, board games, and crafts.
