About the Program

When a child experiences trauma or abuse, their healing journey begins with support from the adults in their life.

Resilient Futures is a free program for non‑offending caregivers designed to help them navigate the early days and months following a child’s experience of abuse or trauma.

Through five, 90-minute sessions, this supportive, group-based program will help caregivers gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to understand their child’s needs, support their healing, and foster a safe, resilient future for the entire family.

Upcoming Sessions

Our next Resilient Futures Group will begin on Monday, January 5, 2026.
