Eric Hertrich Joins Mission Kids Board of Trustees

Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center is pleased to welcome Eric Hertrich to its Board of Trustees. Eric brings extensive experience in forensic accounting, compliance, and investigations, along with a strong personal commitment to supporting children and families during times of crisis.

Eric currently serves as a Senior Manager in the Forensic Consulting Group at CBIZ, where he specializes in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, regulatory compliance, and litigation support. Eric’s appointment to the Board follows his active involvement with Mission Kids as a member of the Young Professionals Group since 2024, where he served as Treasurer. In this role, he volunteered regularly at outreach events and was consistently eager to contribute thoughtful insights, recommendations, and hands-on support across the organization. His transition to the Board of Trustees reflects a natural progression of his dedication to Mission Kids’ mission and values.

“Eric’s professional expertise and longstanding commitment to Mission Kids make him a perfect fit for our Board of Trustees,” said Leslie Slingsby, Mission Kids’ Chief Executive Officer of Services and Operations. “We are grateful for his willingness to serve and confident that his perspective will strengthen our organization as we continue advancing our mission.”

“I am honored to join the Mission Kids Board of Trustees,” said Eric Hertrich. “As a parent of three, I’m constantly reminded of the tremendous value and comfort that Mission Kids brings to the community. The organization’s unwavering commitment to the safety and health of children and their families in times of need is remarkable and inspiring. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute my time and perspective to an organization that supports children with care, compassion and excellence in everything that they do.”
