CEO Abbie Newman goes to Capitol Hill to discuss Child Sexual Abuse and Human Trafficking with Legislators

Mission Kids’ CEO, Abbie Newman was very busy last week on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C!

Abbie met with our newly-elected United States Congresswoman Madeleine Dean alongside National Children’s Alliance’s Director of Government Affairs, Denise Edwards, to discuss the issue of Child Sexual Abuse on a national level including recent institutional cases involving clergy and athletes.

CEO Abbie Newman also met PA State Representative, Congresswoman Susan Wild, to discuss the national and global implications of Child Sexual Abuse and Human Trafficking.
