About the Lesson

This 3-hour training session is tailored for mandated reporters in Pennsylvania. Led by experts, it covers state laws, recognizing signs of abuse, reporting procedures, and trauma-informed responses. Using case examples and interactive discussions, facilitators will ensure that attendees are well-versed in the necessary steps and available resources for effective intervention.

The “Mandated Reporting of Suspected Child Abuse Training” (MRT) is a state-approved training course. It fulfills requirements for mandated reporters in accordance with Act 31 of 2014, Department of Human Services and Act 126 of the Pennsylvania Public School Code, Department of Education.
