About the Program
A free, 5-session program that equips caregivers with the tools, confidence, and support to help their child heal after trauma or abuse.
When a child experiences trauma or abuse, their healing journey begins with the support of the adults in their life.
Resilient Futures is a free, 5‑session program for non‑offending caregivers, designed to help you understand your child’s needs, support their healing, and strengthen your entire family.
We meet in person in Montgomery County, PA, with free childcare and dinner provided for all children in your family during each session.
Can’t attend in person? We also offer virtual groups to meet you where you are.
Bonus: Caregivers who complete the program and feedback activities receive up to $150 in an electronic gift card as a thank‑you for your time and participation.
- Practical tools to help your child cope and heal.
- Emotional support from professionals who understand trauma
- Connection with other caregivers who have been through similar experiences
- Guidance for taking care of your own well-being
- A tangible thank‑you — up to $150 gift card for completing the program and feedback activities
Resilient Futures is a supportive, group-based program designed to help non-offending caregivers navigate the early days and months following a child’s experience of abuse or trauma. Through five 90-minute sessions, caregivers gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support their child’s healing journey, maintain stability, and foster a safe, resilient future for their family. Childcare and dinner are provided free of charge for evening sessions at the East Norriton office.
As a brand new program, we are seeking caregiver feedback to evaluate and improve Resilient Futures. Eligible participants will complete a pre-test, post-test, and a follow-up feedback interview upon completion. Those who complete all steps will receive up to $150 in a gift card as a thank you for their valuable input.
