Adrienne is an alumna of Temple University where she earned her Bachelors in Criminal Justice. After working in the legal field for a few years, she changed course and became a stay at home mom to her 2 children. Alongside her husband, she became a foster parent through Montgomery County Office of Children in youth in 2018 and in 2019 they adopted their son to become a family of 5. After working with children who have experienced trauma, Adrienne returned to school and earned her Master's in Social work in December of 2023. Outside of Mission Kids, she co-founded Fostering Hope, a nonprofit which provides services to children and families experiencing foster care. Additionally, she is the co-founder and lead instructor at Community Wellness Academy which provides trauma-informed education, supports, interventions, and coaching to individuals, agencies, and communities who have been impacted by primary and secondary trauma. She has created and facilitated trauma-informed training workshops for the foster care community and is dedicated to ongoing healing through education. She is passionate about caring for people and providing healing for children and families in the face of adversity.
