Pam is a bilingual Forensic Interviewer and Internship Program Coordinator at Mission Kids. With her ability to connect with children and families in both English and Spanish, she ensures that language is never a barrier to finding support and hope. As a Forensic Interviewer, Pam creates a safe space for children to share their stories during cases of alleged abuse. As Internship Program Coordinator, she helps inspire the next generation of child advocates by providing students with meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities that reflect Mission Kids’ commitment to protecting and supporting children.
She earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology at Temple University. While a student, Pam interned at the Defender Association of Philadelphia in the Adult Social Services Unit and the Special Defense and Homicide Unit.
Upon graduating, Pam expanded her experience at the Defenders and became a bilingual Social Service Advocate in the Children and Youth Justice Unit. During her three years there, Pam advocated for the legal rights of children and youth by providing support, connecting them with community resources, and helping them navigate court proceedings. Pam's extracurricular activities include participating in Love Your Melon, an organization whose mission is to support the fight against pediatric cancer.
